Long over due post

I've been incredibly busy and haven't had a chance to post. Last Saturday Sam and I went to Tulsa with my parents to visit my sister and kids. It was Kaden's birthday. I managed to survive a day without a set schedule for Sam. I'm not going to say that it was easy, but we made it and it really wasn't that terrible. Sam did very well on the ride over since my mom was in the back seat with him and keeping him entertained. We never even had to break out the dvd player.

Once we got to Tulsa, it was full birthday mode. Kaden opened his gifts and then off we went to this place called Incredible Pizza. Oh.My.Gosh. This place was insane. Think Chuck E Cheese X 1000. And of course not only was it noontime, but also a Saturday and raining so you get the idea of how many people were there. This place was about the size of a WM Supercenter or maybe even bigger. It had the usual video games, plus a bowling alley, bumper cars, and go karts - all inside. To quote my dad "There is a hell." Ha!! We had a good time despite the crowds and Sam's 2 major meltdowns. And he slept the whole way back to Ft. Smith. Here are a few pictures: The first couple are from the train that he rode at Incredible Pizza, which sparked the first meltdown because the train does come to a stop and there was a long line of kids waiting to ride it!

How fun! We may have to check that place out on our next visit! Glad you survived!
