Sweet Boy!

Last night we went to our friend Ray's house for a cookout. Sam had a great time sleeping and being held by everyone there. We were afraid he wouldn't sleep last night since he slept pretty much the whole time we were at Ray's, but he slept the same as he usually does. What a good boy! I've posted pictures of Ida holding a sleeping Sam :)

He has come to LOVE the mobile in his crib (as long as you aren't trying to put him to sleep with it!). He will lie there and watch the mobile for a long time. He smiles and coos at all of the little characters on the mobile. It is too cute! It's nice to have a new place to put him for a few minutes when we need to do something else around the house, but he's so cute while watching the mobile that we have a hard time walking away! I've posted a couple of pictures of him smiling at the mobile. Once again, I didn't catch the smiles very well. I'm a terrible photographer!
